• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Complete assessments independently without unauthorized assistance
• Not share, distribute, or reproduce assessment content
• Not use any automated tools or software during assessments
• Violation of these rules may result in disqualification
• Certificates remain valid as long as your account is in good standing
• We reserve the right to revoke certificates if fraud is detected
• Certificates may be verified by third parties through our verification system
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, assessments, and software, is the property of PrimeSkills and is protected by intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrimeSkills shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
